MEMBER BIOGRAPHIES
Miguel Maza
​Miguel A. Maza was born in Las Villas, Cuba. He is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico, New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for Puerto Rico and New Jersey.
​
He is a graduate of Kearney State College (B.A., 1983) and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (M.A., 1984). He received his law degree from New York Law School (J.D., 1988).
​
Miguel is a recipient of the Presidential Award from the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
​
Miguel also authored "Introducción al Experimento de Mondragon," 5:2 Journal of Basque Studies, p. 67-76 Fall 1984 Fresno, CA.
​
Miguel is currently President of the Commission for the Rights of Handicapped Citizens for the Puerto Rico Board of Bar Examiners and a former member of the Commission of Prisoners Rights.
​
His current memberships include the New Jersey State and American Bar Associations; Puerto Rico Bar Association; Association of Labor Relations Practitioners, and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys.
His practice areas include: Litigation; Real Estate, Lending, Consumer Finance, Employment Discrimination; Collective Bargaining Negotiations; Commercial; Collection; and Trademarks.
